• All sessions will be conducted online. You will receive a link approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.

• Insurance Coverage: Your health insurance provider may cover your session. We kindly ask you to contact your insurance provider before your first session to inquire about psychotherapy coverage.

Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that our clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure optimal client care. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can easily do so through your profile up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session otherwise you will be charged the session fee.

Couples ADHD Coaching

Partners of ADHD clients are provided psycho education about ADHD and the impact ADHD symptoms have on the relationship. Specific systems will be taught to improve communication, household organization, de-escalation, self-regulation and intimacy.


Family ADHD Coaching

ADHD Family Coaching is designed to help families manage and understand symptoms of ADHD. Clients are taught family systems to improve family dynamics. These systems are evidence-based strategies. Specific systems will be taught to improve communication, household organization, de-escalation, self-regulation and decision making.

What sets us apart is our comprehensive knowledge and experience in Ontario school board and Ministry of Education policies, procedures, and education legislations. We navigate these intricate landscapes with expertise, to advocate on behalf of students and their families.

Our Services Include:

1. School Meetings: We actively participate in meetings with school administrators, teachers, and other board professionals to advocate for the needs of our clients. Our experienced consultants work closely with educational professionals to ensure that our client’s individual requirements are recognized and addressed.

2. IPRC Support: We provide comprehensive support during Identification, Placement, and Review Committee (IPRC) meetings. Our goal is to help parents navigate the IPRC process seamlessly, collaborating with schools to determine the most suitable educational placement and services for our clients.

3. In-School Team Meetings: We facilitate and assist clients during In-School Team Meetings involving both school and board staff. Our team collaborates with the school to ensure that all relevant stakeholders work together harmoniously to create an effective support plan tailored to the student's needs.

4. Advocating for Students Facing Suspension and Expulsion: When students are confronted with the possibility of suspensions or expulsion, our advocacy services are essential. Our goal is to navigate these challenging situations, ensuring that students receive just treatment while fostering a conducive learning environment.

With over 25 years in healthcare, education, and private practice, Jennipher brings extensive experience and expertise to her therapeutic work by guiding individuals through some of life’s most difficult challenges and transitions. As a registered social worker, she specializes in working with adults, couples, parents, and families who are experiencing challenges because of anxiety, trauma, mental health issues, and ADHD.

Throughout this time, she has worked extensively with youth and their families to develop an understanding of the systems and strategies that allow each individual to become a confident and independent learner. Tamara is also a leader in the educational community as a facilitator for adults looking to grow their knowledge of neurodiverse youth.

Tamara continues her professional development with a focus on supporting individuals with a variety of learning profiles. She has completed the Educator Inclusion & Accessibility course through the Rick Hansen Foundation. Lindsay has arrived at the profession of Psychotherapy after working in live theatre, retail management, and project management/ administration. Her experience in these fields has prepared her for a range of client populations and presenting problems. She has a particular interest and focus on providing psychotherapy for individuals and couples that are ADHD-impacted.

Lindsay offers a therapeutic approach that is compassionate and affirming. She uses a person-centered approach that allows her clients to reveal their authentic selves and be self-directed in therapeutic goals. She draws on skills from a variety of modalities when they seem helpful and appropriate, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Feminist Theory among others.

Coming from a lower socio-economic background with divorced parents, while being privileged in other ways, she is aware of the social justice issues that impact health. She has lived experience with neurodiversity, grief, and has supported individuals with life-limiting illness. She has additional education and training in ADHD and Autism therapy. Lindasy provides a space for individuals to investigate and explore self while providing evidence-based approaches to support their growth towards their ideal and actualized selves.
